I live approximately near the Red Arrow on the far side of the lake. It's about a 10 minute drive the the foreground

Yeah, I'd suggest a Drone or Helicopter, as there is Nothing that tall at the point the image is taken from, in fact I'd suggest he is either over the North Entrance beach or over the Water
