M.Müller&Sohn patterns/seam allowance

Can anyone tell me if M.Müller&Sohn printed jacket patterns from a few years ago include .75 cm seam allowance on the armholes?

You can see it at the top of the side seam. When there is a small step, it is drawn with SA. No step: drawn netto.
