Those Graphit blocks are ultra scarce now. There was simply no demand after 1950 to produce those tailor blocks anymore. I have a few old stock and Fashion Designers, Tailors used those in the old days. The blocks produce the right swing to draft the rock of Eye hip bow, darts, coat fronts, collar edges.


When I was working in a pattern drafting school, we used them to draft nice form curves on the paper. One Graphite block will last you a life time if you don't drop it on the floor.
