FIRST CLOTHING FOUND
Near the Tigris and Euphrates, archaeologist Grant Blarp has found possibly the oldest surviving garments in history. "The two garments we have found; seem to be dated to at least 6,000 years ago, made by using fig leaves, resembling somewhat of a bikini, and was used by either a man, woman, or both" says Blarp "It also seems it was intended to cover the genitals". Blarp believes that this was used by the first humans when they needed clothing for survival. Another possibility was that they made it due to embarrassment, as the early humans came into consciousness. The two garments are the most primitive in making, as it seems it was sewn at the end of the fig leaf stem. FIG2 was found with a remain of human hair belonging to a female gene EV14. There was another string of hair found on FIG1 belonging to gene AD10M, supposedly a male. Blarp says they also found a ancient preserved apple, with two bites on opposite sides. Blarp suggests that the early humans ate the apple either before making the clothes, or after making the clothes. "It's an interesting discovery for sure" says Blarp. Blarp has also said they found skinned fur around the area as well.
