Hi Gramountoto, I have tried 3 times to enter my email and tick terms etc. It says it has sent emails to my address but I have not received them.

Oooh envious, I disabled all the ad blockers and put in a gmail address but still no luck, sorry.
No! I gave a gmail address and then looked into the spam folder. There it was :)

Wonder if the copy you're making would be better. And, include the whole book.
Yeah I don't get the link either, it seems to me to be a way of phishing for email addresses. Maybe use a file sharing service that people know, like Google or Amazon that allows you to post the link on the forums. Yes mine would be the whole book Greger, cover to cover though I stopped when Gramountoto said he had a scan of it.
