Title: Tailoring in the Victorian Slum
Post by: Henry Hall on November 10, 2016, 09:53:09 PM
Anyone here who can get the BBC (there are ways ;) ) might have seen The Victorian Slum recently. One of the families in there are tailors and it's Russell Howarth of Graham Browne Bespoke. They've been working as slum outworkers from their own room, then as small-scale sweaters and then in a small workshop. Using only the tools available at the time.

I see it's on You Tube (https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=victorian+slum+bbc2)

Henry,
good catch. I knew it was not very nice thenand there  but I did not know it was so disastrous.
