This is not the best quality but it comes, maybe, from Style Forum.

I hav'n't found the book that is mentioned in the forward.  That would be a good thing to locate.

Thank you Learner, I downloaded that about 2 years ago before I had begun to organize things systematically.

The same book on trousers would be great.

Also, I note that the German ironwork discussion is not Rundschau but Zuschneiderkunst.
