Looking at this years Pitti Uomo in Italy the men had bulges in the front of their pants I didn't care to see. Indeed underwear changes. But the trousers could be better designed to go over. The trousers of the past gave a sleek appearance. The dress cut is better. While underwear has changed towards athletic which is better sometimes but not for other times. Like black tie is appropriate for some events I don't think you want to wear Dinner Jacket while riding a bull in a rodeo. Besides, danglers should dangle sometimes. Why left? When naked most guys dangle towards the left. In the US Deep South, about 150 years ago, tailors called right danglers- Southpaws. On the left side it is handy, therefore practical. When dangling right pant leg becomes more complicated getting it out in time to piss. Today's men produce less sperm because they get warmer longer than the testicles should because of the underwear. Dangling where they are cooler is wiser than false morality. Adults shouldn't be embarrassed about biology.
Anyway, the method above is one way to achieve the dress cut.
Wish A Tailor was still around.

Couldn't agree more! That, plus being able to move two thumbs in the waistband and a finger in the shirtcollar...

Cheers, Hendrick
