Title: "Original 1/10 Zehntel-Schnitt"
Post by: Schachtbau on August 20, 2024, 08:25:52 PM
Good day!

I would like to inquire if anybody has more information on the "Original 1/10 Zehntel-Schnitt" System. Supposedly from Nürnberg. I've only been able to find the Sakko sleeve by them.
Any info would be appreciated. Thanks!

If I remember correctly Schneidergott was the one who posted this and a few other sleeves from different systems way back.

Nice! What kind of a coat is it? Ulster? Paletot?

Thank you very much! Now that I know the publication I can go and get them scanned. Seems to be 1947 till 1966 until it went into Rundschau plus 5 years from 1950 to 55 there was a special Berlin only issue.

Again very much appreciated!

The "Allgemeine Schneiderzeitung" was made by the "Schneider- Fachverlag" Nuernberg and seems to have published more Original1/10 Schnitt patterns.

Some other German Systems that came along beside the Rundschau/Mueller publications:

"Der Reformschneider" by Lenassi. Very sophisticated.

"Das Einheitssystem" with the book "Die Zuschneide-Kunst nach dem Einheitssystem" by Fachbuchverlag GMBH Leipzig,1952

System Kurt Czujewicz, Berlin (Former Bendikat)

When I was in middle school (early 70's) we had a German exchange student with a similar hairdo.  But weird hair was in fashion then...

Looks like a nice coat.
Like the hair style of the 70s. So many styles are goofy before, then, and now. Art and entertainment.
