I actually have the hardback of that book. It was recommended on a youtube channel that I follow. There is some nice stuff in it, but an overemphasis on workwear, which I can take or leave.

I regularly check etsy and eBay for vintage stuff and download the photos from items that I wish to copy/borrow from (haven't got the money or storage to actually buy the stuff!). The past is always a good source of inspiration.  :)

Agreed, though I appreciate the abundance of chore coats, which to my mind can be easily integrated into my sub-formal, academic milieu...especially if done in more refined fabrics, a la Drakes or Anglo-Italian.

Would actually appreciate some outerwear focused books...hoping to make myself a herringbone balmacaan for next winter...if you've any to share ;)
