Title: Ebay Wool Suiting
Post by: Steelmillal on January 20, 2024, 05:12:45 AM
What kind of stingy B'stard would I be if I didn't share a source. Sometimes she gets above 11oz but lotsa light stuff. Just type 'suiting' in search bar. Weights by 'oz' works, too. Rgds

I sadly miss Mr Cantor in Leads from whom I purchased some beautiful tweeds. He retired.

Yes. I bought two pieces of a nice 13oz tweedy overcheck that waits for my skills to improve. I've the opinion 9oz would be good for women's or summer weights or strictly indoors.

Frank Shattuck continues to find NOS W. Bill pieces from somewhere. But given the global elites pushing zero carbon policy, one would think the weavers would get the hint that WW1 trench weight stuff will be needed soon v tissue weights as shelf items now. IMHO.

Yeah, I hesitated to post but none would benefit if I didn't.
