These landed here in OZ for $21.00 AUD. Tested on some drill and they cut beautifully. Sizes 8 to 12 inch.

Very classy technique in the video. Impressive to see a fully forged shaping of the components. My only comment is the price of a pair of shears made to this technique would set you back a reaonably number of Yen so they are probaly not economy models.
