Title: What are these types of waistband adjusters called?

Hi. Does anyone know what this specific kind of waistband adjuster is called, or where to get them from?

I'm not talking about the regular tuxedo kind.

This one has an exposed metal track, and small locking slider.

I googled the guess: "ratchet waistband adjuster". Plastic ones seem to be common on casual wear. These are similar:
