This is from Der deutsche Mass-Schneider Juni 1938.
It's the way of measuring the female body with what was called the Sydema Corpometer.
It even contains a basic draft and a draft for a ladies jacket.
This is the jacket for wich the draft is included.

Ohoh Pfaff260,
thank you for putting this here. Wonderful. But can't you transfer it into another department? Or maybe Hutch? It is a gem. Maybe historical drafts or so.
As you maybe know I'm a fan of Lenassi  - I think his (later) way to draft will give you good patterns when working with not so common bodies -  I have not seen the old journals. I have only some from after the war. I think the system was alieve  till 1960.
The measureing device look like some torture tools from the middle ages (measure band out of steel!!).
It is interesting to see the 3 ways of getting the bust dart.
In the later years he starts measureing the ladies like the gents from the Armvortrittslinie and this leads to a good way to find the neckpoint to armhole position
