Completely off the subject of tailoring, but I value the overall "brain power" on this forum. For those not in the U.S. your choices may not be applicable

So....this morning MSN released its latest monstrous hoard of AI based malware/spyware/"legalized hacking" to any device it could contaminate. I have used MSN's search engine "bing" since it came out. For two reasons: 1) I hate Google 2) my brain seemed to naturally know how best to phrase things to bing (using the same phrasing to Google would result in mountains of useless goo, quite often.)

Without going into detail, I DO NOT want to talk to my phone. Nor do I want to force others to listen to me talk to my phone. (It's bad enough having to listen to others actually having conversations with other humans.) For instance MSN removed the enter/send option so that when I complete my post here, I have to scroll down and enter "post" with the post button on this website.

I'd appreciate thoughts on other browsers such as Firefox or duckduckgo. Both of my devices are getting some age on them, and the phone especially needs replacing so I don't want to download too many options. In the past, Google has contaminated my access to bing for the first several days after I get a new phone and download the bing app. (Edge is acting just like Bing.)

I use duckgo, wifi, don't have a phone, and just rode a bicycle 8 miles to do even this. I'm oh so very happy and highly suggest going to apple products, last years or before "used" from cbay, which you can then frack and tailor to your needs as a technical device, not 'DigiBestee'..; and then buying new bicycles for you and whomever. It'll be a wash, dollars to doughnuts. Even archive is morphing quickly, and not for the better, which I will share later.

That being said, detoxing and switching one's brain back to analog hurts at first, but you remember what it was like before, and it's worth it

The other thing that may well offend sensibilities is the remote viewers saw this as far back as 2017/8, same time I had visons of what seems to be a time called 'now'.

That's dangerous. My first dual core cost as much as a car, 20 yeasr ago but it rocked, then.

My son should be by Fri. I will set him to task to work something up, just 'bench racing'. There may some a shop nearby Spookietoo that could build soemthng robust up with exactly what she wants v. 'shelf item product'.
