Yeah, gym work is the answer. I've found lots for waist hugging with darts, i.e. https://intermode.org/ but (no pun) lift is all muscle. Lunge squats, burpees, cycling, wind sprints, yoga for no injury. No shortcuts and lotsa effort to earn buns-o-steel.

Similar to Thornton, seems be a good "Rosetta stone", too, once one gets passed some fundamental grammatical hurdles. The '74 starts to get weird, though. I lived the 70s. It was weird... Good music, but air wing collars and plaids so loud you could signal the space station were 'something else'.
