I mean't More about how the Brother created and made it.

As far as the dress itself goes, it IS amazing but am not sure the term OTT even remotely covers it  ;)  :)  ;D

When looking at clothes of the past there are sure plenty of silly ones. Glad I was born later. Some are about fun and awe, but not practical.
