Stable photo hosting suggestion

(1/1)

Steelmillal:
Greetings Y'all,

I'm hoping for a best suggestion for photo hosting so I won't clutter the home servers with data. I've a pile of photos to contribute and do not want to help create a jungle. I'm leaning towards either flickr or using dummy instagram links v. my own studio account. Thank you in advance.

I use mediafire.

I was so disgusted with photobucket, what destructive behaviour they showed.

I'm a bit shy of any other at this time.

I think Flickr is probably the most likely to not disappear or change terms unexpectedly, but it's impossible to say for certain. Flickr does at least seem to have something resembling a business model. based on their existing professional users.

Steelmillal:
Thank you for the feedback. I also see Dropbox now has a 30 day trial period before raising a paywall. I will read more and decide soon. Thx again.
